Single sessions
Individual 1-on-1 sessions are possible if you are not yet ready to make a commitment. The price is then higher per session.

Program
This option is for if you only want a training program. I will create a program for two months that you will implement yourself. After two months you can request a new program from me.

Subscription (recommended)
This variety is recommended. To see results you need to train consistently. You can choose a subscription of 6 months or 1 year. With a subscription you also receive a complete program for when you train alone.

6 Week Weight Loss Program
Lose weight under professional supervision. The program is practical and educational. It includes a personal diet program based on the principes of weight loss. Includes fat percentage measurements.

Couple training (budget)
If you train in pairs, both customers receive a discount. You can also do it together with a friend. With a couple, you both get a program. Differences in strength are taken into account.

Online training
I can watch your training via Zoom or WhatsApp. Another option is that you send videos to me after your training and we discuss them together.
